The Channel Islands Coop is an independent Society and has a pan-island, local Board and executive team.

Our Board of Directors is comprised of nine Members, representing the voice and views of our Members in their respective islands.

At least six of these Directors can be elected by the Members at any time, three from Guernsey and two from Jersey. The Chief Executive is also a Director.

The remaining two positions allow the Board to ensure it always has access to the necessary skills and experience required.

Our locally based executive team has extensive knowledge and experience in the retail sector and the key supporting disciplines required to run a large and diverse business.
