We are looking for Night Crew Supervisor to join our team at our Grand Marché St Helier store. The working hours are between 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Night crew play a key role in assisting with the busy replenishment aspect of the Co-operative Business within the Society’s mission, vision and values. 

What will I do:

1. Picking stock 
2. Moving and Replenishing stock
3. Making sure the shop floor is ready for when our customers arrive
4. Supporting colleagues as part of a good team work ethic 
5. Maintaining a clean, hygienic and uncluttered working area

What do I need:

1. Broad understanding of the business and the broader co-operative movement,
2. To be risk aware in the areas under your responsibility
3. To be able to understand and communicate business reporting
4. To be able to work in a team and communicate effectively,
5. Level 3 ILM professional qualification or equivalent and/or 2 + years relevant experience
6. Technical skills specific to role Experience (indicative)

The role can be at times physically challenging and will involve reaching, bending and lifting of stock and standing for long periods of time

If you have less than five years residency status, you may be considered for full time roles. If you've lived more than five years on the island, you may apply for part time roles

EU settled status document will be required from those holding an EU passport

Bonus: Ability to work flexible working patterns as the role may include weekends
