Wheadons Gin
Luke Wheadon’s family has been in the fine liquor business for five generations. A hotelier and chef by trade, Luke taught himself traditional gin making. Each seasonal batch is infused with local flavours, including the sea air around us. When not at the copper stills, you might spot Luke foraging for rock samphire from Guernsey’s cliffs to add balance to the finest botanicals.
