Jersey's Vienna Bakery needs little introduction. And the quality of their produce, from traditional loaves and rolls to morning pastries, speaks for itself every day of the week. A long, slow proofing of the dough,over 24 hours, is one of the reasons why the bread tastes so good. A love of baking is clearly another.
