For 30 years, locals and visitors alike have feasted on Mrs Fisken’s Pate. Behind the signature island dish are heaps of dedication and fresh ingredients. Mrs Fisken makes her pate weekly, with meat from local butchers and Guernsey dairy produce. We can’t open our store doors quick enough, every time she visits.
