Guernsey Dairy
Guernsey Dairy has been a states-owned industry for almost 80 years. It plays a vital role here, collecting milk from local dairy farmers with herds of Guernsey cows and processing it for us all on the island. Dave Domaille joined as a dairy hand three decades ago. He and the team start early each day to produce high-quality dairy products, including award-winning cheeses.
