Juice of 1 lime 2 tbsp olive oil 8 slices wholegrain bread (or whatever you need to use up) 3 ripe tomatoes 3 ripe avocados 15g fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped (optional) To serve, sweet chilli sauce or a fresh chilli, finely sliced (optional);
