Ingredients

40g Coop milk chocolate (Fairtrade), chopped 25g dried cranberries 25g mini marshmallows 2 Coop Irresistible chocolate and hazelnut cookies;

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180℃/fan 160℃/Gas 4 2. Make 2 pancakes then lay out on a greased baking tray 3. Evenly scatter over the chocolate, cranberries and marshmallows, and crumble over the cookies 4. Heat in the oven for 4-5 mins, until the chocolate and marshmallows start to melt
