Ingredients

300ml Coop Imperial vodka 150ml coffee liqueur 300ml espresso 3 tsp cocoa powder, for dusting;

Method

1. Put 6 coupes or martini glasses in the fridge to chill 2. Pour a third of the vodka, coffee liqueur and espresso into a cocktail shaker (or other suitable container) 3. Add a handful of ice and shake well 4. Strain into the chilled glasses, then repeat twice more 5. Decorate each drink with a dusting of cocoa powder
