Ingredients

4 scoops of Honest Value vanilla ice cream ½ can custard 4 apples 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp brown sugar ½ tsp sea salt 4 chocolate chip cookies;

Method

1. Mix the cinnamon, brown sugar and sea salt in a bowl or small container. Amount can be adjusted depending on preference 2. Core and dice the 4 apples and pour over the mixture, making sure to thoroughly coat them 3. Spread the diced apples on a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees (180 fan) for 10/15 minutes or until they are cooked 4. Once the apples have cooled slightly, assemble the sundae by layering crushed cookies, cinnamon apples, custard and ice cream until you fill your glass 5. Top with more crushed cookies and apple and enjoy!
