Ingredients

2 x 100g bars Coop Irresistible Fairtrade 56% cocoa dark chocolate with orange 400ml local double cream, plus 2 tbsp 1 tsp local unsalted butter 2 tbsp orange liqueur 50g Coop Irresistible Fairtrade Ghanaian white chocolate 10 chocolate egg decorations 3 tsp Coop Fairtrade cocoa powder, for dusting;

Method

1. Break up the dark chocolate and put in a heatproof bowl with 200ml of the double cream and the butter 2. Place over a pan of gently simmering water, making sure the base doesn’t touch the surface 3. Heat for 8-10 mins, stirring once or twice, until the chocolate has melted, then stir in the liqueur 4. Remove the bowl from the pan and leave to cool completely 5. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate with the 2 tbsp double cream in the same way, then leave to cool 6. Spoon the mixture into the base of 5 serving glasses 7. Whisk the remaining cream into soft peaks 8. Fold into the cooled chocolate orange mixture until combined 9. Spoon into the glasses then chill for at least 30 mins 10. Decorate each mousse with 2 chocolate egg decorations and a dusting of cocoa powder
