BBQ banana split
You only need three ingredients to make this super easy dessert!

Ingredients
4 Co-op Fairtrade bananas
300ml Co-op Good As Gold salted caramel ice cream
30g chopped mixed nuts
Method
Split the bananas lengthways, leaving the skin on
Wrap each one individually in foil so that it’s completely enclosed
Place the parcels directly on the barbecue coals, cut-side up, then cook for around 20 mins, or until the bananas are very soft
When cooked, leave to cool for a couple of minutes
Unwrap and serve each banana with a scoop of the ice cream and a scattering of the nuts
