Ingredients
150ml local double cream
Zest of ½ a lemon
4 Coop Irresistible hot cross buns, toasted
4 heaped tsp Coop raspberry jam
Method
1. Whip the cream with the lemon zest
2. Take the hot cross buns and spread 1 heaped tsp jam onto the base of each, then add the lemon cream
