Celebrate Burns Night in true Scottish style with this traditional accompaniment

Ingredients

1/2 swede 2 potatoes 2 tbsp butter Freshly ground black pepper;

Method

1. Peel and cut into chunks the swede and potatoes 2. Boil the swede for 15 mins, add the potatoes and cook for another 10 - 15 mins until all the veg are tender 3. Add the butter, season with pepper and mash together 4. Serve with haggis
