Ingredients

3 tbsp Co-op squeezy clear honey, plus extra to drizzle 1/2 x 500ml tub Co-op Greek style natural yogurt 25g unsalted pistachios, shelled, plus extra to garnish;

Method

1. In a large freezable container, stir the honey through the yogurt 2. Finely chop the pistachios and add to the yogurt, stirring well. Cover, and freeze overnight 3. Scoop into bowls and serve topped with a drizzle more honey and some coarsely chopped pistachios
