Ingredients

2 cinnamon sticks, broken in half 10 cardamom pods, crushed 1/2tsp ground ginger 3 tbsp Co-op clear honey 8 tbsp Co-op Irresistible Fairtrade drinking chocolate 1 litre Co-op semi-skimmed milk 1 tbsp ground cinnamon, to dust (optional);

Method

Gently heat all the ingredients in a pan. When hot, strain to remove the cardamom, then pour into 4 mugs. Dust with the cinnamon, if using.
